Choose the growth work worth funding.
I help early-stage technology companies decide where to invest their next increment of growth effort. Through Hypergrowth GTM, I review the customer, offer, funnel, and current channels, then build a focused plan of tests with owners, measures, and decisions the team can act on.
Talk through the GTM problemFind the constraint before adding another channel
- Where people come from
Current channels and the signal each one carries.
- What they expect
The offer as the buyer understood it on the way in.
- What they do next
The path from interest to purchase, and where it weakens.
- Where evidence is thin
The decisions that need better measurement before more spend.
Turn priorities into tests someone can run
An agreed growth plan can include:
- 01
The customer, offer, and funnel decisions that affect the next tests.
- 02
Channel priorities and budget logic, including what we are deferring.
- 03
Briefs covering audience, message, offer, destination, and production needs.
- 04
Measurement requirements and a scorecard tied to the decisions the team needs to make.
- 05
A review cadence and a handoff covering what to continue, change, or stop.
Questions
Before you write in.
Where do SEO and AI search fit?
Search is one possible investment within the growth plan. It is worth pursuing when buyers ask questions that connect to your product and the company has a useful, credible answer. I can help assess that opportunity and define what a useful test would show. Page-level planning and production need their own agreed scope if we choose to pursue them.
For AI search, the aim is to make the offer and evidence easy to find, understand, and cite. We separate accurate answers and citations from visits, qualified inquiries, and revenue. A citation alone does not establish that the work is bringing customers.
Will you run paid media for us?
Ongoing media buying is not part of the core advisory offer. I can help the team decide the role of paid media, define the first tests, review briefs, and agree on the measures. Account configuration and daily campaign management need an assigned operator.
What if we do not have reliable measurement yet?
We identify what can be learned from the available evidence and which decisions require better measurement. I can define the events, reporting requirements, and owners needed for the plan. We do not treat a measurement specification as a completed implementation.
What happens if a test does not work?
We review the result against the question the test was meant to answer. The next decision may be to change the audience or offer, fix the buying path, run a better test, or stop funding that approach. No engagement guarantees traffic, pipeline, or a particular growth rate.
