About Hypergrowth GTM

I built this around the work I do best.

Getting close to the product and customers, choosing the few GTM bets worth making, and helping a small team put them into market.

The operator

Fifteen years across early-stage and scaled companies.

I have worked across consumer, marketplace, fintech, and AI companies, mostly in the stretch between early traction and scale, in roles spanning growth, product marketing, brand, launches, and team building.

The stages changed, but the work I kept coming back to was early: understand the customer, sharpen the story, choose the first growth bets, and build the team around what starts working.

Why I started it

Founders rarely need another list of channels.

They need someone who can look across the product, customer, story, funnel, team, and budget, then say which work deserves attention now.

Hypergrowth GTM lets me work directly with early-stage teams at the moments when a launch, market choice, growth plateau, or senior hire can change the company’s trajectory.

How I work

Direct, close to the work, and honest about the boundary.

You work with me. I lead the working sessions, create the core work, review what the team produces, and put the right owners around it.

I do not pretend a few hours of advisory replaces the people who design, ship, sell, and operate the plan. If the team has a gap, I can help define the role, decide what an agent should own instead, and find the right person.

Point of view

Make the company easier to understand and run.

A broad product needs a wedge, while a launch needs one story buyers can repeat. Growth plans get stronger once the team cuts the list of funded bets, and hiring works better when each role starts with a mandate.

Good GTM work connects those choices. The customer language shapes the positioning; the positioning shapes the launch and channels; the early market signal shapes the team that gets built next.
