A story your team can use.
I work with early-stage technology companies to build a company story from the product, customer conversations, and claims the company can support. Hypergrowth GTM's brand strategy engagements turn that story into a narrative, messaging system, and creative briefs that your design, content, sales, and product teams can use.

Questions
Before you write in.
Is this a visual identity or website-design service?
The core offer is brand strategy and creative direction. Designers, engineers, writers, and other specialists own production. I can help define the brief and review their work; a redesign, development build, or ongoing content program is not automatically included.
How is brand strategy different from positioning?
Positioning establishes the buyer, the alternatives they consider, and the reason to choose the product. Brand strategy carries those choices into the company narrative, message hierarchy, voice, and creative direction. Choose the brand scope for the company-wide website messaging system; choose positioning and launch for a product introduction and its channel plan. We can connect the two in one engagement when the foundations need work.
Can you work with our agency or internal creative team?
Yes. I work with the people already responsible for production, clarify the decisions they need, and give feedback against the agreed strategy. The goal is for the team to make better decisions without asking the founder to settle the same question in every review.
What will we have when the work ends?
The agreed narrative, messaging, principles, and briefs, plus clear ownership for using and maintaining them. We set the handoff around the team's actual needs rather than deliver a brand document that nobody knows how to apply.
